Qixin Chen
Senior Analyst, Investment Operations

Qixin is an analyst supporting investment operations at the Office of Investments. She has previously served as a financial analyst in the Office of the Provost’s Budget Office at the University of Chicago. Prior to joining the University in 2018, Qixin worked as a budget analyst at the Illinois Governor’s Office of Management and Budget.

Qixin earned a BS in urban studies and minored in geography from University of Minnesota Twin Cities and an MPA in financial management and public policy from University of Illinois at Chicago.
