Zayn Saifullah
Senior Analyst

Zayn is a senior analyst in the Office of Investments managing transactions in publicly-traded investments and marketable alternatives. Additionally, he supports the Investment Office’s analytic capabilities and performance reporting functions. Before joining the Investment Office, Zayn worked as a Fiscal Policy Analyst for the City of Chicago and as a graduate student intern with the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office focused on 529 college savings plans.

Zayn earned a MPP with honors from The University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and a BA in International Relations and a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from Carleton College. He is a CFA Level III candidate.
